ON-TIME DELIVERY POLICY – MAHARAJA SUPERMARKET
At Maharaja Supermarket, ensuring the timely delivery of your groceries is our top priority. We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible.
Working Days: All days referenced are working days (Monday – Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
ISLANDWIDE DELIVERY DETAILS
- Delivery Timeframe: Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment has been received.
- Delivery Process: Shipments will be handled by a trusted delivery partner. Upon receipt, customers are required to provide a signature, and the delivery partner will capture a photo of the package for confirmation.
- Holiday Shipments: Orders made on Public & Mercantile holidays will be processed on the following working day.
- Package Integrity: Please do not accept shipments if the package is open or damaged and notify us immediately at +94 76 690 8990 or via email at supermarket@mfpe.com.
